MLS 557403, PID 19186. The photos from this listing are not going through to CRESTEDG. I had marked and re-transmitted the photos on 3/13/12, but they are still not in CREST. Can you help??

Have you checked your media batches to see if there any errors reporting?

Retry the transmission of the photos to CrestEDG by doing the following:

* Go to the property record in Pro Gold
* Open the Images button
* Select the Re-Transmit option in the upper right of the menu bar
* Click OK to the prompt

The photos should automatically transmit to Crest within 15-45 minutes. Monitor the Meida batch associated with the re-transmission and look for that PID's media files in it.
