No, you can't delete a VML account, but you can remove the company data from it. To do so you have to login into the account. The old account appears to related and an agent record named BOGUS Wells and apparently uses the same e-mail address as his cuirrent account.

Well, I changed the email account (to one of mine - ) and logged in under . The company name was already gone. However,
when I did an internet search on his name alone, it came up with this:
And that has the old company name. I don't understand it. Unless he had more than one old account that I can't get to.. What do you think?

Check your ERA Noakes database (old data) for Agent record named Blaine Wells.
VML Username: BlaineWells
VML Password: password
VML E-mail addr: same as other accounts

That worked! However, now I am wondering how many agents are showing up under the old company name on the internet. I can't put my email address in any more of them. Will these go away when we finally close the old database? (probably another year or two?)

What you can do in the agent records on the old database for the ones you have corrected so far, you can go into Pro Gold i2 and enter bogus e-mail address bogusblaine@gmail.com and temporarily activate the record on VML.
