Do the following to verify your current login credentials:
* Run the import manually:
* Main Menu => MLS Interface => Import/ Export Utility icon
* Select the Import/ Export Utility icon
* Select your import in the Select From Below area
* Click the Open button
* Click the Import button in the lower left of the import screen
* This will bring up the Download Listing screen
* The URL, User ID and Data Password (i.e., Login credentials) will be displayed on this screen
* Contact board to verify info all three items (URL, User ID and Data Password)
The User ID and Password comprise your RETS account with the board.

Subject: How to Check the Status or Reset an Automatic (Unattended) MLS Import Feed (Type C Feeds)
The article contains the instructions for checking and resetting the automatic import. Also, each time the automatic import runs and successfully completes it is designed to transmit an e-mail to the e-mail account assigned on the MLS import screen. This is a way of letting you know that it ran successfully.
Therefore, if the person who gets the daily e-mail does not got the e-mail on a given day, they know to go check the automatic import and see if it is hung up.
Note 1: Before you reset the feed, you need to run the MLS import manually and verify there is no error occurring with the import that is causing the automatic function to hang up.
