All year round after we download progold and get the PID #'s we also put the buyer's and seller's name into Progold. Recently we ran a report to see if any were missing. We thought it seemed odd that so many are missing. Yesterday I went through and put in about 30 buyer's and/or seller's names. This morning I doudble checked what I did yesterday and noticed that EIGHT (of either the buyers or sellers names) had been erased from Progold. We really need to have all the buyer's and seller's names in progold in case we get audited, so we'd like to know why some aren't getting saved...or deleting themselves afterwards. We have re-set the server

Depending on if we are the listing or selling agent depends on what we put into Crest. For example if we are only the listing agent and a different company is selling the property, Crest will only ask for the seller's name. So once we go over into ProGold usually the seller's name is already into ProGold because we was imported from Crest then we have to put in the buyer's name into ProGold because it was never put into Crest so therefore it was never imported.
So basically whatever Crest didn't ask for is what we are missing in ProGold. If Crest didn't need the buyer's name, that's what we have to put into ProGold so that's why we manually put it. Usually when I'm inputting the buyers or sellers name into ProGold I click 'FIND' to pull up the next property. I've checked afterwards and it always saved, but do you think instead of clicking 'FIND' I should click 'SAVE' instead?
If Crest needs the buyer's name, the seller's name will be missing in ProGold.
If Crest needs the seller's name, the buyer's name will be missing in ProGold.
We've had a lot of issues with ProGold lately. Most of the time one of us can't get in, then we call our IT guy and somehow he gets us in. So now I'm wondering if that's linked somehow. It's just weird that about 1/3 of the names I put in yesterday were gone this morning.

They randomly get deleted so it would be hard to tell it if was immediately from uploading Crest or not, it's not a guarentee that ALL of the names I input will be gone. The other day I put in close to 30, and 8 were gone the next day. The other secretary has now noticed that the names are getting deleted but the addresses are staying there. Is this something that we need to contact Crest about? Everyday it asks me if I was to access ProGold in Safe mode and I click no. Should I be clicking yes? Half the time we can't get into it at all so we have to go to the start menu, programs, progold i2, progold utiities and get in that way. The 3 of us have to access ProGold quite often that way because all we get are error reports & messages, and it won't let us in unless we go through the start menu.
With the amount of errors and complications we have with progold on almost a daily basis, it seems that the names getting deleted are connected somehow.

Yesterday I went through and put in 29 buyers/sellers name. This morning I checked before we did the Crest download and 2 were deleted. I checked again after we downloaded Crest and nothing changed, it was still just those 2 that were deleted. Any ideas?
I have noticed the past 2 days I've had to do the Optimization updates when I logged into ProGold. I hardly ever have to do that.
