Hello, Just ran into a new problem. This is the first time I am adding an agent since moving to the hosted version of ProGold. How do I access my agent photos folder which is on my desktop PC from the hosted portal. I haven't figured out how to transfer files between the 2 worlds. I also wanted to add my network office printer to the list of printers. Most of the printing I do (Checks, Statements, etc) is done through my printer at my desk which is added already, but sometimes I want to print a 50-60 page report for my CPA, and don't want to use all the ink from my local printer. Is there a way to add my office networked printer?

Printers are by our programming dept. Please provide the Make and Model of the printer you need added.
Use the following procedure to upload your agent photos to the hosted server:
Procedure: Check the system tray on your PC for the Pro Gold i2 Portal icon. Listed below are the steps you must take to configure the Pro Gold i2 Portal icon to enable the FTP transfer account.
• Step 1: Verify FTP User ID and Password info
- FTP User ID and Password info is contained in Pro Gold i2 Host Solutions document
- Note: Only one ID and password is authorized for use on all the PC’s that have the portal installed
• Step 2: Enter FTP User ID and Password on each PC with the portal installed
- Right click on the Portal icon in system tray of PC
- Click on Options => Settings to open Settings screen
- Verify/enter the following settings:
o Portal key => Pro Gold i2 Host Solutions document
o Portal URL => Pro Gold i2 Host Solutions document
o Portal Port => Pro Gold i2 Host Solutions document
o FTP User ID => Pro Gold i2 Host Solutions document
o FTP Password => Pro Gold i2 Host Solutions document
o FTP Local Path: C:Program FilesTARO Systems, IncPro Gold i2 PortalUpload
o FTP Interval: 15
• Step 3: Populate file info in FTP Local Path Upload folder
- Right click on the Portal icon in system tray of PC
- Click on Upload Photos => Open Upload Folder to open Upload Folder
- Copy/move files to the Upload folder:
=> C:Program FilesTaro Systems, IncPro Gold i2 PortalUpload
• Step 4: Upload data to hosted server
- Right click on the Portal icon in system tray of PC
- Click on Upload Photos => Upload Photos Now
- Data will be transferred to the Temp folder on the D: drive of the Host Server PC
- => D:Microsoft SQL ServerCompany NameTemp
• Step 5: Verify data uploaded to hosted server
- Use My Computer icon to browse to the temp folder
- D:Microsoft SQL ServerC21 EarllTemp
