Can someone please look into why any listing belonging to agent name = HUggler & Bashore is not being fed into PG from MLS? I've checked that the MLS member number is entered correctly and it is. If you need one to reference, the one I'm looking for today is MLS# 34028 that has been listed in the MLS since 2/10/12 but it can not be found in Pro Gold. THe address is 2417 Chatham. THanks,

Perform the steps in this article to determine if the listing is in the data feed using the Open MLS Data button. The Diag Raw Data button noted in Step 6 of the article was renamed to Open MLS Data. You have to select the Open MLS Data before the countdown expires or the import will start.

GLAR has that broker number (1004) set up on all of it's feeds. Could the problem we are having have anything to do with creating a new office in ProGold and assigning the agents to that office? We seem to have started having this problem after we did that.....

If you added a new office and did not map it the MLS Import, no listings will import for that office.
Verifying your office mappings. You can view the office records in the Office Setup icon under the Transactions menu. Do the following:
* Login into Pro Gold
* Main menu => Transactions => Agents and Offices => Offices icon
* Select the Offices icon
* Click the Find button
* Go to the Office Type field and click the dropdown arrow and select the Non Co-op option
* All Non Co-op offices will display
* All of your offices should show in this view
* Verify each office is in the view
* Verify the offices have a valid Board Name and the Entitiy Board ID assigned (make sure you have the proper Board ID for each office)
* If new office does not, you need to assign the Board Name and Entity ID to it
* Clcik the Save and Done button
Then retry your import and see if the transaction comes in.

If you have added a new office in Pro Gold i2, you will also need to contact Tom Kirk and request an office initialization file for the new office so it can be able report to CrestEDG.

The Broker number for that office was not correct in the office set up of Pro Gold. I have corrected it. Not sure why but there are 2 offices listed for each of our locations. I thought we had taken care of getting this et up with Coldwell Banker as well but I will double check.
Do you think that correcting that broker number on the office set up will correct the problem?

If by Broker number you mean Office Entity ID, yes. Run the import manually now and see if your transaction imports.

I imagine I need to get this figured out with you and MLS before I contact Tom Kirk, correct? I mean, if there's nothing in Pro Gold to feed to Crest then he can't really do anything for us right now, correct?
