I had changed the drop-down option to "Automatic" as suggested below and followed the rest of the steps. It still did not work. Our IT person came into the office last night, and said that he believes the SQL server connection is corrupted, as he was unable to connect to SQLEXPRESS. Is that something your office would have to fix, or would that be correctable on our end by uninstalling and reinstalling ProGold onto our computer? I went into the Task Scheduler and refreshed it to run the task every morning at 6:30am. I did a manually run last night, but Tony said that he still did not receive any emails verifying the transmission from the MLS to Crest. Tony E had said that when he had came into the office, the computer was shut off (he thought due to the bad weather the power had gone off in the office). When I went to log back into ProGold tonight, I got an error message that said it cannot connect to the database and to verify the server.. Are you able to tell me why this problem keeps happening, how we can permanently fix it and avoid it from happening in the future?
