You need to go to the domain provider (GoDaddy, etc...) of the URL where your company website is registered and forward the existing URL to the VML website URL. If you need assistance with this step, you will need to provide the domain provider and account info needed to login to it and we will do it for you.
As for your agents, they will receive a VML URL (Consists of http://www.viewmylisting .com/vmlusername) when they complete the Agent VML training class that will be provided. Example format => http://www.viewmylisting.com/eastshoretodd
The agents will be able to use their VML URL to forward their existing agent URL to.
Someone will contact you regarding your logo.

Thank you for your response, but this does not answer my question.
I have 7 live sites and if I transfer over my main http://www.homelifegenesis.com then all of my agents go inactive and my property management site will also
be down. You are not addressing my concerns properly nor have you answered my question. You currently have me as ww.homelifegenesisrealestate.com, when I have my current URL transferred to you, will my URL then be http://www.homelifegenesis.com with your company?
I was not aware that the agents had to go through training before their sites were activated. We all must be transferred over at the same time so no
one is in deactivated status for their website. You are making this transition extremely frustrating and not answering my questions effectively.
Do not expect me to pay for service when nothing is usable.
