I am trying to get this feed done so I can get my business up and running. I don't know why Systems Engineering wants you to sign the form and I really don't care. All I need is for someone to get in touch with them and get this thing done.

Your company must sign the RETS Agreement. TARO does not sign the agreement as we do not host or access the data (It is hosted on your PC). Therefore, your company must sign as both Broker and Vendor (or Webmaster/Consultant depending on the terminology used).
Once signed, they will establish a RETS account for you (i.e., IDX Login credentials). The Credentials consist of the following:
* URL
* User ID
* Password
Notify us once you have the credentials and we will set up the import for you.

We have an automated RETS interface application built in to the Pro Gold i2 software that allows the client to to map their agents, offices and property features to their transactions which we provide written instructions for them to perform.
The aplication has an embedded account setup screen that allows the client to enter the RETS account data provided to them from your board directly into the application which sets the tool to extract their data records.
