In order to setup your printer, I will need the exact name of your printer as it shows ip in windows. If you already sent it, please send it again so we have record of it in this support ticket. Thanks you.

Customer,

The drivers for the two printers you have requested have been installed. You will need to log out of Pro Gold i2, and then log off of the terminal server using the Start Menu -> Log Off feature. Next you can log back on to the server as normal and your printers should map up correctly.
