received email @ Customer Service Desk I have been trying to add a new agent to ProGold. I started yesterday but I need a few more pieces of information. I went in today to update and I couldn’t find him. I just assumed I never saved it. I tried to just add him again today and now I’m receiving an error message as a duplicate. I swear I can not find him. I searched the entire ALL list too, nothing. Please help. ProGold i2 Customer Care |

I - Called her. R - She was still getting a duplicate key error when trying to save the agent record. I contacted programming technician and he remoted in to check it out. The ProGold i2 Team |

I - Called her back. R - I explained the technician inserted as record named blank agent and that she could modify to become her new agent record. I told her if she needs another agent added to let me know and I will have them setup another blnk record. I advised her that an upcoming release will resolve this issue permanently.
