Regarding Support Ticket: 201205070006 I have tried the information you sent me, unfortunately the two checks I am trying to delete with the high check numbers have been voided and I can find a way to "unpost" them to then be able to delete them. Please advise. I would also welcome a phone call to resolve this issue since this is now day 3 of trying to get this accomplished. I will need to start writing checks again for bills, payroll and closings and would like this resovled before I make things worse. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. R - She had follwed the inastructions, but when she tried to delete the transaction through the register the delete functionality was no longer there. I used Studi Expres to remove the to Voided checks and she was fine.

Perform the Alternative Method on all PC's that have Pro Gold installed on them. Start with the server PC (The PC that hosts the database).

This release will address the issue you reported regarding the Check Register not being able to delete a transaction.

You can now go to the check register and remove the the entry by right clicking your mouse on the little gray box of that item as it is listed in the register.
