There's a bug in the agent SSN field. I noticed this a year or so ago but forgot to say anything. We're now on version 3.11.0513 and I just noticed that it's still there. If you're scrolling through the agents, that field will often "stick", displaying the SSN of another agent. Sometimes one agent's SSN will appear for the next 2 or 3 agents. It's such that we can't trust what we're seeing in that field and have to go by what we have on paper or in Peachtree etc when it comes to agent SSN's. Thought you would want to know! OK, thanks for that link. We do keep Windows updated on both our server and clients. Still running Server 2003 on the server, which I'm dreading moving away from, but I think MS is slated to stop supporting that version in 2012. I'll look for the SSN issue on a few other XP Pro machines later today and will get back to you. ProGold i2 Customer Care |

Sorry for taking so long to get back to you. I went on vacation in late July and almost forgot about it. I checked out the "SSN sticking" issue on another of our PC's (XP Pro, SP3, updated) and that field "sticks" on that PC as well. ProGold i2 Customer Care |

It does it on the server, too (Windows Server 2003 Standard, SP2), as well as on our client PC's. Just remote in to our server, (log in as Super, freak) open Pro Gold and start scrolling through agents. It may go through 15 or 20 or so of them but you'll start seeing the same SSN appearing for two or sometimes three contiguous agent records. Ignore any 999-99-9999 entries. I first noticed this a year or two ago, so it's not just happening on the latest version of Pro Gold. You'll see a couple of Windows Updates that want to load, but I'll do those next Tuesday when the agents are all in a meeting so the server reboot afterwards won't bother them so much.
