there are two ways to make an agent profile change.

1) From Pro Gold you can change the agent records as well as the photo.
Transaction Menu > Agents and Offices > Agent Information (general tab and vml tab)

2) From the agent's VML account.
from http://www.viewmylisting.com > Login > Edit profile.
