Coldwell Banker - 1654
ProGold i2 tech support,
Two of my paid properties in pro-gold will not push to Crest for payment. The reason it is stating is the following: Sales Associates involved should be of the same company as transactions How do I correct this in order for me to pay in Crest? Hello again: I saved the agent as instructed and then re-saved the property. It still did not push to pay in Crest. It still is showing this as the issue: "Sale associates involved should be of the same company as transactions." This is now on 3 of this agent's files.
