Support,

I have an agent that updated photos in MLS and is, ultimately, trying to export them out through CREST onto all the websites. The photos have not been updated into ProGold by our daily import process. What can we do to get them to the current photos please?

I don't see a back date feature.

I can see where I can delete the photos but I don't know where to enter in a
date of any kind to "back date" the import. Then I am worried that I am only
looking at one particular property/case. Does this mean there is a problem
with the import overall? Thanks.

Yes, I know how to delete the photos but how do you "back date" an import?
Are you talking about on the task scheduler?

I deleted photos and did an import. Only 8 of 31 came over from MLS. And I
think we need to wait a day or so to find out if the websites updated from
the export, correct?
