we have several properties that are in crest twice with the same mls number, but different transaction numbers, one is active, one is cancelled, the cancelled one is the crest number showing up in progold, how do i change the transaction number in progold to reflect the active transaction in crest? this causes those properties to always show up under invalid properties. yes, but the problem i'm having is when I change from pending back to listing & it goes to crest edge, crest cancells the original transaction & gives it a new transaction number. this doesn't match what is in progold so it shows up as an invalid property because the crest transaction numbers do not match. in crest is shows the mls number twice, one cancelled with the old transaction number & active with a new transaction number. I have tried that, but then it says it can't cancell because of there errors that need fixed first: sale date if pending proj date if pending--it doesn't say pending, I've changed it to cancelled selling price gross commission must be greater than 0-there is no commission ProGold i2 Customer Care |
