ProGold keeps locking up (not responding) when I first open program and it starts it's daily optimization. I also received a message regarding license activation for a Century 21 company in MA. Please contact me regarding this. Thanks much,

Hi Support Team, I have done step 1 and 2. As for the message I received I can't send because my computer locked up and I couldn't do anything but a
hard shut down. The next time I get that message I will print. Hopefully doing steps 1 and 2 will take care of it.
