ProGold i2 tech support,

During my update session to the new computer recently, you mentioned that on a Referral I need to input the commission amount in the sales price column and Ref:... on the address line. In fact, you changed one that I had entered. I'm trying to process commissions on that and it doesn't calculate correctly, when I try to manually input it keeps changing all the numbers. What am I doing wrong?

When I tried to auto calculate it didnt figure correctly. I manually input the figures on AAG & GAC then it recalculates and the company $ is a negative number.
You had said to put the amount of the referral in sales price in which I did; then when I attempted to populate commission tree it split and I entered 100% on the selling side but it still would not auto calculate agent commissions.
