your mls does not provide listing expire dates. This means that the mls will not update Pro Gold expire date. You must maintain your expire dates manually in Pro Gold and in MLS.

The data coming from MLS is "current time". As long as the mls feed runs it will update the descriptions on any listings that is new or updated. As long as Alex keeps her invalid list current hey will update to crest. The delays to Crest are typically within 15 mintues from the time you submit. Crest will push updates to their web sites sometime after midnight, which Taro does not control.

Although we did have a problem with a listing that was on the screen at that
time and the issue was not resolved. It had expired in June 2011. Yesterday
she corrected it to 12,2011. Saved, submitted, etc; but when she looked up
the listing today, the date in ProGold was back to the June expiration date.
Once again she changed it to the December date. It was MLS
We also changed text in three listings, on which was the above; on Sunday
before Noon. They did not appear until today, Tuesday. Well, at least they
are getting pulled over; but late news could cost us a buyer previewing and
purchase; which means changes made after Alex leaves on Friday. Will not
appear until Tuesday in ColdwellBanker.com. That is 4 days out of our 7 day
week.
Even a grocery store could not stand for that delay in their presentations.
Help advise so that we are daily updated with, price changes, description
changes, photos changes, driving directions, rooms, beds, baths, dimensions;
and what ever else is on your mapping list that can pull to make out listings
have a more complete picture of the home/listing.
Thank you ever so much.
Looking forward to the September 22, meeting with all staff at 11:00 Central
Time. A smooth transition and education of the product and its functions will
then be within each of our offices; thereby, having everyone on the same
level. When new things start; then we can take them on one by one.
(P.S. Just food for thought; did not know how much change there would be when
MARIS switches from Rappatonni to their own creation MATRIX. Maybe it will be
seamless. But that has not been what we have experienced in the past. So we
might as well brace ourselves for that date. TBD.)
Professionally yours,
