Support,

This was the email we got from csutomer this morning. You wanted them to do a F9 when they opened a property. They are having problems on all stations now. Please let me know what we need to do. I guess one PC is still working ok.

I had been working with support yesterday to resolve some computer issues. My computer seems to be working well after the Microsoft updates. I did the updates and restarts 3 times and when I logged in the 4th time, there were no more updates to be installed. I've been in and out of ProGold and have worked up 2 closings, everything seems to be working as it should. Another computer, however, is still acting up. Do you want me to do the microsoft updates on her computer as well, or would you like to look at it first? Please advise.
