We are still receiving emails from VML regarding checklists for our properties entered into Pro Gold. The VML emails were supposed to have been turned off but yet our agents and clients are receiving them. What do we need to do to get this to stop? ProGold i2 Customer Care |

Any resolution yet? The emails are still being received by the agents in multiple duplicates. For example, yesterday I created a checklist (did no changes to it, just created one) and the agent received over 10 emails notifying her that there were changes made to her listing. These emails really need to stop as they our bogging down our server, some as spam. Is there something on my end that I need to do to accomplish this? _____ Case ID: 201110040003 ProGold i2 Customer Care |

we verified with the developers and Taro does not have a on/off option for check list emails, they are part of ProGold checklist function. Pro Gold Support Team The ProGold i2 Team |
