You can't edit the report when you on the Preview screen.

Are you trying to export the the output to MS Word or another application?

You can use the Office Links option in the Edit button of the Preview screen to output the report data to MS Word or MS Excel. Note: It requires MS Office to be loaded on the PC that Pro Gold i2 is installed on that is generating the report.

For example, go to your report and do the following:

* Select the report
* Click the Preview button
* Maximize the Print Preview screen
* Go to Edit option in upper left and use the Office Links option to Analyze the output with MS Word or MS Excel
* You may have to do some formatting on the output, but essentially you get the data on the report

Is it possible to get a live person to give us a call & maybe walk us
through this? This is part of the training we pay for, correct? Our computer
technician has done everything you suggested & nothing works..maybe it's
just us, however we seem to be missing something on Pro Gold that perhaps
we're supposed to have that we don't. By the way, we have already upgraded
to the i2 version.

What is the issue you are having? The attachment you provided appeared to be the Print Preview screen of the Ad Copy report. You cannot edit the Print Preview screen output.

You can export it to MS Office applications: MS Word and MS Excel if MS Office and the applications are installed on the PC that is generating the report.

If one of your Pro Gold i2 PC's has full Adobe (Not reader version) installed on it, you can export the report info through it.

Are you trying to generate the Ad Copy information in Print medium, electronic format (e.g., MS Word) or e-mail the information?
