I have two issues right now with ProGold. First: The last couple of days, I have not received the e-mail for the report of what properties were downloaded from our MLS into ProGold. I have it set to automatically do daily downloads and then e-mail the report to me. It is doing the downloads, but not sending me the report. I need the reports because I use them for other things too. If I do a manual download, the report shows "0" properties because it already downloaded the new listings from the previous day. I tried upgrading to the new version to see if that would fix it, but when I tried to send a "test" email to myself, it still didn't work. Which now leads me to my second problem. Second: When I downloaded the new version to my computer (the "server") everything seemed to be fine. Then the girl at the front desk tried to open up ProGold to log in some showings, and it did the usual thing when there's been an update, to update her copy of ProGold too. But then it would not connect to the database on my computer. The error message we got says: Connection Error -2147467259: Cannot open database "ProGoldSQL_Default" requested by the login. Please do the following at the Database Activation screen: * Move the check mark from the first box to the third box (I do not have a registration code ...) * Change the Database Name field to => ProGoldSQL_C21lum * Click the Connect button The ProGold i2 Team |

Yesterday morning at 8:00, I tried logging in to ProGold from the front desk computer to see if it was fixed, and it worked just fine. I tried it again this morning and it still works. Whatever your guy did to it Wednesday afternoon must have worked. ProGold i2 Customer Care |
