Molly Cool at CWB Hubbell gets an Open Form Action Cancelled error when she tries to run the Agent Volume Report.

Her number is 517-321-1000 ext 385.

It apepars to deal with the volume of information it is trying to display. I ran it for the 04/01/2011 - 08/31/2011 and got the error. Yet, if I ran each month individually, I did not get the error.

I used the Print Production button in the Agent record area to generate the report.

our programmers has reported back on your agent volume report. We were not able to duplicate this in-house, was able to reproduce it on your server. Most likely a "time out" issue where the report was taking so long. They did extend the time out and should take care of the problem. This change is not immediate, it will be on the next Pro Gold update. In the meantime you may have to run your ytd in smaller periods, such as month by month or quarter by quarter.
