Our medias didn't export to Crest yesterday afternoon. I got a bunch of "Populate Reader Errors". In the error boxes, it said "Arithmetic overflow error converting expression to data type int. The statement has been terminated. Then a long list of numbers followed. After clicking through a bunch of those error boxes, the transaction data went through, but not the medias. We're on version 3.11.0920. Thanks,

Real Estate Software

I need you to perform the update again on both PC's with Pro Gold i2 installed on them. Please use the link provided in this e-mail to access (Knowledge Base Article (KBA):

Article ID: 4285
Subject: Pro Gold i2 3.xx Software Updating

Perform the Alternative Method on all PC's that have Pro Gold installed on them. Start with the server PC (The PC that hosts the database).

Then retry a submission and see if the error goes away.

OK, after doing that and doing another submission to Crest, I got 16 of
those errors, but medias DID go into the Crest queue that time after
clicking through the error boxes. I'll let you know if these medias
don't make it to Crest or if the errors occur again when we get fresh
medias next week.

Thanks

You will need to verify the following updates are installed on your computer

1) Pro Gold version 3.11.0920
2) make sure that your windows updates are all installed. Be sure to perform windows updates until Windows update reports back to you there are no more updates. In most cases it takes more than one attempt.

If the issue does not go away please replay back to this email
