Good Morning, I am having a hard time working with a few properties. I have followed the directions on the Crest Submission Results report. These properties keep popping back into my invalids and I can't seem to figure out why. Can you please check into this and tell me what I am missing? 1) 5519-439 Meghann Dr Error 95948, This is in Off Market status because we no longer have it. Never had a contract on it.; 2) 5883- 404 Hermitage Blvd 90046, I can't find the property with the other MLS number that is the same. I only find one listing, as with 3)6181-107 Blackfeet Trail & 4) 6221-206 English Muffin Court. Both of these have been listing for a while and don't have duplicate submissions. I have resave these properties numerous times and can't get them out of the invalid box. Please let me know what can be done to push these listings through or move them to the next level. ~Thank you,

Regarding MLS Number already exists. Search in CrestEDG for transactions that have the MLS numbers assigned to them. You most likely have records already in CrestEDG. If you do, manually change the number in CrestEDG so the record in Pro Gold i2 can process

Please provide a screenshot of the Property Tab and the Crest Tab in Pro Gold i2 for the property record 5519-439 Meghann Dr. Do the following to get a screenshot:

* Select what you want to print (On the screen)
* Click the Print Screen key ( Near upper right on most keyboards)
(This will copy the screen you are viewing to the Windows Clipboard)
* Open a blank word or wordpad document
* Right click your mouse and select the paste option (This will paste the screenshot in the document)
* Save as a file and attach the file and submit with your support response

Try changing the status on Meghann DR to Expired and submit it.

As for Hermitage, what is the correct status supposed to be for it in Crest? Contact the Hekp Desk and have them change the MLS number on the existing transactions to unique numbers and adjust the status on them as needed.

This should allow the record for Hermitage in Pro Gold i2 to process and establish the transaction with the current property information.

Do a transmission and monitor Meghann Dr's results.

As for Hermitage, Contact the Help Desk and have them change the MLS number on the existing canceled transaction to a unique number. Once its changed in Crest, re-save the record in Pro Gold i2 and do a transmission to verify the transaction remaining in Crest.
