All bank accounts are initially not available to any user except the Pro Gold admin account "Super"

You will need to login under the Super account and update the security access.
1) setting and utilities menu
2) security tab
3) locate the user that needs access to the bank account
4) remove the banking tab from the list (if listed)
5) add a record for the banking tab and select the bank account and click Add.

Repeat this for each user and each bank account as neccessary.
