Century 21 - 2010 Crest Issue
Lansing Real Estate
You have two issues: (1) You cannot use the current property record as it is permanently un-reportable to CrestEDG (2) Realogy has specific transmission requirements for Rental transactions For issue 1, please use the link provided below in this e-mail to access (Knowledge Base Article (KBA): Article ID: 4092 Subject: Updating a Property in Pro Gold i2 3.0 with “This property is permanently un-reportable” message Article 4092 contains the instructions for canceling the existing property record and creating a new record with the existing information to transmit to CrestEDG. For issue 2, please use the link provided below in this e-mail to access (Knowledge Base Article (KBA): Article ID: 4088 Subject: Transmission of an Other Income (OI), Referral, or Rental Property Record to CrestEDG Article 4088 contains the instructions for the new property record created via the procedure in Article 4092. Note: You will have to assign all the agents on the new record to the Selling Side. This is a Realogy requirement, not a Pro Gold i2 requirement. The ProGold i2 Team |
