Bev, my thought is that your computer is lacking some window updates. I have started the 1st pass of windows updates, you will want to repeat the windows update process until Microsoft windows update tell you that there are no more updates. Once this is done wait 10 minutes and perform a crest submission and review your crest dashboard for media batches. If there are no media batch please let us know and I will elevate this ticket to a developer. I will also contact you Tuesday to follow up. Paul Lee Taro Systems, Inc. I have been working with Shannon @ ERA Franchise regarding media items not appearing on ERA.com. As you will see from the attached docs that there are 94 active listings in MLS as well as ProGold with media items...They aren't appearing on ERA.COM, Shannon believes there is a configuration issue at Taro's end. I was informed from our 3rd level technician that he was able to resolve your photos pushing to Crest issue. You will want to log into crest and review the listings without photos report and make sure that pro gold does or does not have photos on these properties. If Pro Gold does have photos on a property and Crest does not you will need to open the photos on that property and click on the re-transmit. Wait 1 hours and do a crest submission.
