Is there a report that I can run that will tell me if I have any transactions with balances???

Yes, there is a banking report called the Escrow Account Balance Report which you can use to manage the balance in each property record. Do the following to run this report:

* Login into Pro Gold
* Go to Main menu => Banking and Escrow menu
* Select the Banking Reports icon
* Scroll down to the Escrow Account Balance Report
* Select it
