f crest still show pending, they the they did not receive the cancel status. In Pro Gold use the cancel wizard to cancel the transaction and answer yes to create a new transaction. All the data from the canceled transaction with transfer to the new transaction. Once this is done, re-submit to crest and monitor the crest dashboard for the results.

I am having difficulty with a property that was pending, but the deal fell through and now is back to listed and on the market. However, in Crest it is still showing as pending. When I looked at the dashboard for submission results there was an error code of 95948 that said "Transaction already in Open/Pending status, please cancel the tranaction to generate an Active/expired Listing." We took out all of the sale information, is there something else we are missing?? Please advise.

I'm not sure what the 'cancel wizard' is...do I cancel this property out and click that button next to Property Status to re-list the property? Is this what I'm supposed to do?

When a Pending transaction fails, the Pending record must be recorded as a Canceled transaction.

Procedure: Actions required for reporting a Pending property record as canceled:

• Step 1: In Property Tab

- Enter the date the transaction canceled in the OM Date field
- Change the Property Status to Canceled

• Step 2: If the property is your listing, you must do the following:

- Select the button to the right of the Property Status field
- Select Yes to create a new property record:
* Creates a new listing record
* Transfers the marketing and showing data from the old listing record to the new listing record
* Modifies the Address in the canceled record: Adds the following to it ==> (Canceled)
* Modifies the MLS # in the canceled record: Adds the following to it ==> (Canceled)

I see in my help screen that this case has been closed. I have not resolved the issue and still have a question (below) that I need answered. Please advise.
