(1) Go the following website: http://www.fastsupport.com
(2) Enter your first name in customer name [e.g., Mary]
(3) Enter the support key: to join the session
(4) Answer all prompts to load the remote software and join the meeting
(5) We will communicate via the chat mode on the remote software

Well Gary, I spoke too soon. I thought all was working with the auto mls
import, but I was mistaken. When I checked the scheduler this a.m., it
indicated that the last run was today and next run for tomorrow, but nothing
was imported. When I did a manual import, I rec'd the new listings that
were input in MLS yesterday.

Sorry for the confusion.
