please verfiy that you are on the current version of Pro Gold. There was a problem like this in an earlier version.

Setting and Utilities > Check for Updates.

If it reports that there is an update use the get current version icon to download and install the updates.

We updated to the current version just now - will try adding agent again
first thing tomorrow morning. Will let you know if there is still an issue.
