Hi Gary – Please take a look at the attached. For some reason, an entry appeared for Doreen Nystrom. We have no direct deposit info on her vendor file and we did create a check, not an adjustment. Not sure why this showed up on the report.

Looks like it was an expense check with 2 entries on it totaling $190.57. Don't know why it showed up in direct deposit though.

Is Doreen's vendor record setup for Direct Deposit? If so, the A/P system (Pay Multiple Vendors icon and Accounts Payable icon) will generate bill payments as direct deposit transactions.
