VML - Help Request Message As administrator for the agents, I must get in to each person's account to add pictures. User name MelodyKNesler, comes up as already in use. How can we clear that without changing her email address? No one else is using that account. ProGold i2 Customer Care |

Check your agent records for a duplicate record for this agent. There is another VML account for this agent with a username of neslermelody which has the same email address assigned to it. If you do not find it in your records, ask the agent if they setup a VML account for themselves. ProGold i2 Customer Care |

If a listing does not appear on VML), do the following: * Go to the property record in Pro Gold i2 * Verify the Primary agent assigned (Only the Primary agent gets the listing on VML) * Verify status (Must be Contingent, Lease, Listed or Pending) * Click the Save button on it * Manually synchronize Pro Gold i2 to VML Do the following to perform a manual synchronization to VML: * Login into Pro Gold i2 * At Main Menu, select the ViewMyListing.com option * Click the Synchronize icon * Click the Synchronize Now button * Wait for the synch to finish * Login to the listing agent's VML account and verify if the listing information is now on VML ProGold i2 Customer Care |

Thanks! It worked. These were old listings so it must have had something to do with deleting the other Melody. ProGold i2 Customer Care |
