For some reason ProGold is not sending all my active listings from the MLS to Crest EDG. These were active listing that have expired and been re activated in the MLS to active status. But not in Crest.

If the expired listing comes in with a new MLS number assigned, the transaction will come in with a new record that will appear on your invalid list for your office personnel to verify and submit.

If it is using the same MLS number and the existing transaction is expired in Pro Gold i2, you must manually re-activate/verify the property (change the status to Listed) and submit the record.
