this was setup some time ago, but we justed noticed that your vml agents flag is turn off. This would of been from the customer request. This has to be enabled for an agent to receive any emails. Do you want us to enable your agent emails.

Also there would be nothing to do on your end but let us know if you want your agents vml emails enabled.

I have enabled this feature you will see a daily summy of what listings are expiring in 10 days and the listing agent will also receive a notice.

I will mention that there are 2 more emails available, let me know if you want these enabled as well.
1) showing feedback survey notice - email to the showing agent requesting feedback. Returned surveys are forward back to the listing agent and also posted to the seller vml portal.
2) listing price evualation - this will send an agent a emial every 30 days reminding them to evualate the listing price.
