I am running year end reports for the income statement and sub-account 11-Port St. Lucie is listed under the criteria selection, however, it does not print on the department header. Can you please assist me with this? Thanks ProGold i2 Customer Care |

When you select the dropdown in the Criteria Section of the report: * Do you see sub accounts with more than one entry and the name of one or more does not match the valid account name? - If so, scan your sub account entries for that account and look the entries that match the mispelled entries and correct them * Do you have accounts that you select but nothing happens? - If so, scan your sub account entries for that account and look the entries that do have a main account entered to roll up into For example: Accounts => 5050, 5055 and 5250 - Did you enter a different name altogether for that sub account For example: Account => B 128 7148 11 Recruiting - PSL Note: When you are reviewing the Chart of Accounts, use the By Acct/Sub display option verify your sub account entries The ProGold i2 Team |

When I am attempting to print the income statement by sub account, under criteria selection, enter sub account, when I choose 11-Port St. Lucie it disappears and will not print 11-Port St Lucie under the department. It has printed prior months and all the other sub accounts print under the specific departments. ProGold i2 Customer Care |

Were you able to review the Chart of Account entries and correct any of the accounts? Whenever you are not able to select a sub account in the dropdown on the report, it typically is due to one or more of the accounts entered in the chart off accounts for that sub account have an entry error such as no main account for the values to roll up into.
