We need to remote in on the PC that hosts the SQL database for Pro Gold i2 to verify the MLS import settings.

Is there a particular timeframe that someone would be available to help us remote in on it?

I reset the automatic task scheduler on the MLS import and have it running currently. You should receive an e-mail with the daily results whenever the automatic tasks runs and completes successfully. Not receiving an e-mail from the import is an indicator that something may have happened to it or there was a problem with it. It's your queue to check the task scheduler.

Sometimes, the Import can get hung up and will need to be reset. Please use the link provided in this e-mail to access (Knowledge Base Article (KBA):

The article contains the instructions for checking and resetting the automatic import. Also, each time the automatic import runs and successfully completes it is designed to transmit an e-mail to the e-mail account assigned on the MLS import screen. This is a way of letting you know that it ran successfully.

Therefore, if the person who gets the daily e-mail does not got the e-mail on a given day, they know to go check the automatic import and see if it is hung up.

Note 1: Before you reset the feed, you need to run the MLS import manually and verify there is no error occurring with the import that is causing the automatic function to hang up.

Note 2: You can check/verify the e-mail account assigned to the feed by running the import manully and selecting the Check mark to the right of the E-mail Results: field. It will send a test e-mail to the address assigned in the field.
