I am unable to access report. When I go to Transactions, and click on property reports, nothing happens. I have restarted my machine and reopened ProGold and still nothing happens. Our other user is able to access reports from her machine with out issues. We had a server failure a few months ago and my machine was used as the SQL server until earlier this week. We have since moved the SQL back to a dedicated server and ProGold was reinstalled on my machine. Everything seem to be working aside from that. How do we fix the reports?

It sounds like your Pro Gold user account does not have access to the Transactions Reports (i.e., Property Reports). If you are not using the Super login account to access Pro Gold i2, the individual user account must be granted access to each report.

Reports: Users are not automatically granted access to reports. Reports must be granted to a user
individually through the “Manage Reports” option. For more information, refer to Knowledge Base Article 4198.

Thank you! I am actually logged in as Super, I am the primary user for that login. Any other suggestions as to what could cuase that? When I click the
reports button the hand pointer turn to an hour glass for a split second, then nothing.
