When I follow the directions on KBA 4008, and open the MLS on step 5, it tries to import everything. Can you please confirm whether our Truckee database is a type c feed, or tell me where I go to find out? If Truckee is a type c feed, I don't get to a point where I can see the diag. raw data button. if the MLS button on the property is not grayed out you should be able to click on it and it will refresh that particular mls listing. If the MLS button is grayed out then this feature is not available. Also note that is may be available for some propertys and not available for others. Since your vacant land and commercial listings are not working for TSMLS, this feature would not work. We are working on resolving this issue. Pro Gold support team. The ProGold i2 Team |
