Please manually synchronize Pro Gold i2 to VML. Do the following to perform a manual synchronization to VML: * Login into Pro Gold i2 * At Main Menu, select the ViewMyListing.com option * Click the Synchronize icon * Click the Synchronize Now button * Wait for the synch to finish Let us know the results. Thank you for your repsonse. I did try the steps listed below on Saturday, several times and that did not seem to resolve the issue. It seemed to have repaired itself over night and was back working again yesterday morning. Thank you for your time. ProGold i2 Customer Care |
