I have about 15 properties that shows up on my invalid list, even thought I've corrected them and they met crest criterior. What is the problem here? The listings keep showing up as invalid every time taro import mls? Please help!

There are 2 reasons why an transaction can show as Invalid:

(1) The transaction contains a basic business rule violation: These types will be caught by the Save button (i.e., Will display a violation)
(2) Transactions that have submission errors: These types will "not" be caught by the Save button (i.e., Will "not" display a violation) on the Invalid screen

Regarding the item 2 transactions ==> Are you monitoring your Crest submission reports for errors? You must review your submissions via your Crest Dashboard utility for transactions that receive errors from the submission (i.e., Batches with Red exclamation points). Check your batch submissions via your Crest Dashboard utility for these errors.

Do the following to open your Crest Dashboard utility:

Right click on Red Paper Clip Pro Gold Utilities icon in System Tray in bottom right corner of screen
- Select Crest Dashboard option to open the Crest Submit Status screen
- The Crest Submit Status screen will display recent batches submitted
- The screen shows a list of the recent submissions (i.e., batches) and their submission status
- Each batch must be reviewed upon completion to see if any submission errors are identified
- Batches with red exclamation points indicate submission errors
- Batches (i.e., Transactions, Persons, or Media) with errors need to be printed and reviewed
- Select the printer icon next to a submission item to generate the Crest Submission Results report
- Print the report to know what properties/persons/media were “not accepted” and what error is
