Hi Guys, WE keep getting a few error messages from Crest and wondered if you guys had an snwer beforei tried them. The first error message is "this person already has a key person title" and the second just appeared today" this agent/person record is assocaited with a different company.Please re-process it with a nperson GUID, if you would likit to this company". Thing is all the people this shows up for have been with the company for years. Its ID 15830 on the Dashboard for today. Thanks in advance!

Crest just reported that they should have the 95955 error code (agent/person record associated with a different company) resolved by April 19th.

Hey, by any chance will this be fixed sooner then the 19th? I have an agent who previously worked for us who has come back and I can't add her as a new agent to the system since she already exists but can't reactivate her old file because of this issue
