I - Phoned him
R - He was able to get to the help center website, but he is not able to see all the button options on the right of the screen. The ads keep bleeding over the button area. I had him verify his browser and he was in IE but it was version 7.1. I advised him to update it to version 8or higher and retry the Help Center.
