The CrestEDG Help Desk responding to an issue identified under ticket # 3698153 queried us regarding the listing remarks for 151 Natalie Lane in Washington, MO 63090 as having several spelling discrepancies in the property description. Pro Gold i2 does not convert any data provided by the MLS. If the text is wrong, it must be wrong in the MLS and corrected in the MLS. I - Phoned Alex. R - She confirmed it was right in Pro Gold i2 and she has already saved it and submitted it to Crest. I explained Pro Gold i2 makes no changes to the data; it brings what the MLS provides. If it was correct in Pro Gold i2 now, then the agent must have changed it and the import updated Pro Gold i2. Called Barbara at Realogy to confirm the property was updated and close the ticket out. I emphasized that Pro Gold i2 makes no changes to the data; it brings what the MLS provides and that it should now be correct in CrestEDG. Barbara verified the information was correct in CrestEDG.
