Virtual Tours are typically brought in automatically along with the photos on a property. Have you checked the Images button on your listings to see if they are being imported? The ProGold i2 Team |

Virtual tour records are not images they are URL's. If you select it, you will see the URL info in the upper right of the screen. They are automatically transmitted along with the photos to CrestEDG. The ProGold i2 Team |

I - Called her. R - She noted that she checked other properties and they showed the tours in Crest. On this particular transaction the agent added the tour record after the photos had already came in. The ProGold i2 Team |
