I posted invoices that are not showing up in Account Receivable. All of the 2011 invoices are missing for this particular customer ABC Dennis Insurance?..

Did you change hte name on the agent record recently?

Perhaps you clicked the Save A/R A/P button on the agent record and changed the name on the Customer Record (Name used on A/R invoices).

Have you looked for the invoices to be under a different name?

I didn't do anything.  I just noticed it because I bill them every month.  They didn't pay a bill last year at all and I knew there should have been one for every month last year.  Whatever happened wasn't on purpose.  I can see the invoice numbers in the invoice section but the system won't pull it up.  What do you suggest to fix the problem.
