Hi Guys, I can’t seem to log onto the server, I had logged off for a second to check something and now when I log back in it says my profile cannot be loaded and boots me out.

Please re-boot your local PC. This will reset the Pro Gold i2 Portal application. Once you re-boot, retry logging into the server.

Hi there, I've had a few people complain they can't get into the server or
the system isn't working correctly. I directed them to send in a help
ticket, I suggested to one to reboot their computer but that didn't solve
the issue.
